I opened my mail the other day and was surprised to find promotional material from a broker out of Milwaukee touting that he found a renter for a condo at Geneva National.  I am a Realtor and have lived in Geneva National for over 10 years.  I pay association fees and enjoy the lush development of this community.  I walk and jog this community everyone morning and have various routes throughout the Palmer, Trevino and Player courses 🙂  I can tell you the names of the folks in the homes and condos….I can give you history on who went where and when.  I can also tell you how fantastic it is !  So.  Let’s talk about SOLDS.  I have sold condos in the Fairways, Cottages, Cobblestone, Woodlands, Lakeview Terrace, Lakeview Pointe, The Turn, Golfview Terrace, Geneva Club, and then single family homes on Prestwick, Geneva National South, Ryder Cup and Avenue of Champions.  Lest I forget vacant land – the Savannah club -twice!  Long term leasing is becoming valuable, no doubt, and yes I have two homes that are under long term leases.  I also have leased condos in other parts of Lake Geneva and have many people that will give me great references.   While I work everywhere my Buyer wants to be, if you are considering hiring an Agent then hire your neighbor in Geneva National.

Viewing on line?  Have your account number and zip code handy.  While online you can have the added ability to forecast energy costs for the next 12 months.  Another hint.  This personal energy report is a handy sales tool if you are selling your home.  Have it on hand as part of the sales packet in your house.  Buyers are always interested in what it takes to run the house whether full time or part time.
