Margaret Canfield, broker with @properties in Lake Geneva, WI, is part of the newly formed Welcome Committee and they are spearheading an open house for the Geneva National gated community on June 2, 2018, from 12-4 p.m. \u201cThis is the first time in the history of Geneva National that the public will be allowed to get inside the residential gates and tour the community on their own,\u201d said\u00a0Canfield<\/a>, a full-time Lake Geneva Realtor who specializes in transitional real estate due to the proximity to Chicago and its suburbs.<\/p>\n

Geneva National<\/a>\u00a0was founded 27 years ago and was intended to be a vacation\/second home for people. Today, it is now a gated, family friendly, full residential community with new pool facilities, a new homeowner\u2019s association building and a board with a focus on outreach. Geneva National, which sits on 1,800 acres, ranges from one-bedroom condos to million-dollar homes. It also features three premier golf courses.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe gates will be opened to the entire community during this very special event,\u201d concluded Canfield. \u201cAnyone can come in to take a look around, and you don\u2019t have to be accompanied by a Realtor.\u201d<\/p>\n
