I am working with a couple right now that is going to make a purchase and they are committed to the process that it takes. A couple of key words. Commitment. Process. Purchase. Buying is an information partnership and these folks are willing to spend the time to read, respond, reject and acknowledge what I know from the Lake Geneva marketplace. This started about 8 months ago with a casual walk-in and they did not have to the time to spend. What was very much appreciated was the respect of ” we don’t want to waste your time right now because are unprepared to make any moves, but keep us updated’. And I did. Well, we started working again and it was Q&A time. Not only the basics of ‘ how many baths and bedrooms?’. but from my point ‘ how do you want to live?’ And that was answered clearly and with thought. Showings were set-up and we have begun the search but the difference is they are with me on the job. This is Sales and Account Management at its best. We compare notes on properties, take a look via Google Earth, I have done property previews in Fontana, Geneva National, Lake Geneva and Springfield. Photos were taken, floor plans given, and second showings were arranged. Between the three of us – we all know what we are looking for. How terrific! I can’t help you make your best investment unless you are willing to devote as much time and effort as I do; and I spend a lot. As a Buyer you should be looking to work with a professional just as you do with lawyers, accountants, doctors and other consultants that make your life better. This means making and keeping appointments, phone calls, emails, honest responses, and the realization that this is a professional business partnership that you have entered into. <\/p>\n
