It is the end of July but I feel that summer is just settling in. My flower pots are flowing over, the Lake water temperature is 77, and Pearce’s just opened. Finally. Pearce’s market is our farm market. My Grandmother sent my Grandfather to get corn at this favorite country corner. Many others have popped up, but this family remains and I don’t know anyone that doesn’t look for the corner of 67 and F to overflow with the fruits of our surrounding country side. “How is the corn this year?” Flowers, tomatoes, green beans, potatoes, home made specialties, watermelon and your neighbors……Remember to take stock in the gentle ongoing patterns that surround you today.
